Clear, well-lit photos where the face is easy to see. One front-facing shot is enough; a side angle and a full-body shot help us nail proportions and markings. Regular phone photos are perfect — no professional shots needed.
Tell us what feels off and we’ll revise it — as many times as it takes. Nothing gets printed until you say “that’s them!” If we truly can’t get it right, we refund you in full.
Your first preview arrives within 3 business days. After approval, printing and shipping takes 10–14 days to US addresses, with tracking the whole way. Need it for a specific date? Note it at checkout and we’ll flag your order.
Yes — memorial orders are close to half of what we make, for both pets and people. These go to our most senior artists, and we take extra time with the details that matter. Old, faded, or low-resolution photos are okay; we work with what you have.
Figurines are printed in full-color sandstone-like material with a protective finish, then hand-inspected. They’re display pieces, not toys — happiest on a shelf, desk, or mantel, away from curious toddlers and cats with opinions.
